Bryant's background centers around higher education management and policy where he has advised and coached students at all levels into jobs and careers that they love. After graduating from Depauw University, he became a college and career advisor at Urban Prep Academy on the Southside of Chicago. From there, Bryant attended the University of Illinois, where he received his Masters in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership.
Today, Bryant works as a Career Coach for General Assembly, a tech company in Manhattan that helps professionals transition into careers in software engineering, user experience design, and data science. To date, he has coached over 1000 individuals at a wide array of experiences into finding work they love.
